1. Booking, Deposits, and Cancellations
All reservations at Maple Paws Retreat require an advanced booking. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total estimated invoice is required to secure your suite during peak seasons and holidays.
- Standard Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours notice for standard boarding cancellations. Failure to provide this notice will result in a charge equivalent to one night's boarding.
- Holiday Cancellations: During federally recognized Canadian holidays, we require a minimum of 7 days cancellation notice. Deposits for holiday bookings are strictly non-refundable.
- Early Pick-ups: If you choose to pick up your pet earlier than the scheduled departure date, you remain responsible for the full cost of the originally reserved dates.
